Badho Shipping and Delivery Policy

Badho operates as a B2B marketplace connecting retailers (buyers) and distributors (sellers). As a platform, we facilitate connections but do not directly handle shipping or delivery of products. Each seller on our platform has the option to define their own shipping and delivery terms at the product level.

  1. Seller-Defined Shipping Policies

  • Each seller on Badho can set their own shipping policy at the product level.

  • These policies are shown during the process of product addition to cart

  • Buyers should review these policies before placing an order.

  • Sellers are encouraged to honor their stated policies to maintain trust in the ecosystem.

  1. Order Status Updates

  • Sellers are responsible for updating the order status on the Badho platform.

  • When a seller marks an order as "Delivered" in the app, Badho considers the order to be delivered.

  • Badho does not independently verify delivery or collect logistics tracking information.

  • The "Delivered" status is based solely on the seller's confirmation.

  1. Delivery Process

All product deliveries are handled directly by the seller or their designated logistics partners.
Badho does not manage or operate any delivery fleet.
Delivery timeframes are determined by the seller's policy and may vary by product, location, and order volume.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate delivery estimates to buyers

  1. Shipping Delays and Issues

  • Sellers should deliver within 2-3 business days (serviceable areas) or 7 days (non-serviceable areas)

  • Shipping disputes must be resolved directly between buyers and sellers

  • Badho only intervenes for platform policy violations reported by buyers

  • Clear communication about delivery status is recommended

  1. Delivery Confirmation

  • Buyers should inspect products upon delivery and report any issues directly to the seller.

  • If a buyer disputes a delivery that has been marked as "Delivered" by the seller, they must resolve this directly with the seller.

  • Badho reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

  • Any changes to the shipping and delivery process will be communicated to all users with appropriate notice.
