Badho Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Policy Overview

Badho operates as a B2B marketplace connecting retailers (buyers) and distributors (sellers). As a platform, we enable sellers to define their own terms for refund and cancellations. They can also choose to add them before hand if required for a product, otherwise we expect retailer seller to get in touch with each other and handle escalations b/w themselves and only escalate to us when truly required.

  1. Seller-Defined Policies

  • Each seller on Badho can set their own refund and cancellation policies at the product level.

  • These policies are shown during the process of product addition to cart

  • Buyers should review these policies before placing an order.

  • Sellers are encouraged to honor their stated policies to maintain trust in the ecosystem.

  1. Order Cancellation Process

  • Buyer must raise Cancellation requests directly to the seller, we allow buyers to see seller’s phone number

  • Sellers will process cancellations according to their stated policies.

  • We recommend buyers submit cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • Badho does not process or intervene in cancellations

  1. Dispute Resolution

  • Currently, All refunds are processed directly between the buyer and seller.

  • Refund methods and timelines are determined by the seller's policy.

  • Badho does not hold, process, or guarantee any refunds.

  • We recommend sellers process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

  1. Payment Integration

As Badho introduces payment processing features, this policy will be updated accordingly. Any changes to the refund and cancellation process will be communicated to all users with appropriate notice

Badho reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
